Bitumen grades produced through the distillation of crude oil are supplied as Penetration grade and Viscosity grade

Penetration Grade:

Penetration Grade Bitumen in grades 60/70 ,80/100, 85/100 & 40/50 . These grades can be supplied in different packages including Bulk, Bags and Drums (JEY & Pasargad Embossed and Non-Embossed Drums).

Viscosity Grade:

Viscosity Grade Bitumen in grades VG10 ,VG30 & VG40 . These grades can be supplied in different packages including bulk and Drums (JEY & Pasargad Embossed and Non-Embossed Drums).

polymer modified bitumen

Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) is one of the specially designed and engineered bitumen grades that are used in making pavement, roads for heavy duty traffic and home roofing solutions to withstand extreme weather conditions. PMB is a normal bitumen with the added polymer, which gives it extra strength, high cohesiveness and resistance to fatigue, stripping and deformations, making it a favourable material for infrastructure.

Grades PG 76-10 and PG 76-22.

oxidized bitumen

Oxidized Bitumen or Blown bitumen grades are produced by passing air through the penetration grades. This process gives the bitumen more rubbery properties than its original formula and they are simply harder Bitumen. It is chemically very stable and also a very durable compound which is completely water resistant.

Grades 85/25, 115/15 and 95/15.

Packaging - 180kg and 25kg bags.

Bitumen Emulsion is a liquefied type of Bitumen in an aqueous media with low viscosity and can be used in a variety of applications, including repairing and maintaining roads, waterproofing, surface spraying, priming etc

Bitumen emulsions are categorized according to the setting time as Cationic (grades CRS 1, CRS2, CSS1) and Anionic (grade ARS 1).

Cutback bitumen is a range of binders that are produced by adding a hydrocarbon solvent to the penetration grade bitumen and blending them on a specific ratio.

Widely used cutback bitumen grades are MC 30, MC 70 and MC 3000
